Alternative parking spaces

Garfield County (Colo.) Libraries’ Rifle branch provides an array of alternative modern parking spaces for patrons. These include regular spaces, areas for fuel efficient vehicles, and plugs for electric cars as well as a clearing for a mode of travel that’s been around a lot longer.
