The ALA Membership Meeting on Saturday approved two resolutions to be passed to Council the next day. The Resolution on Voter Suppression in America, was moved by Al Kagan, SRRT Councilor, was seconded by Mary Biblo, Councilor at Large.

The ALA Annual Conference exhibit hall opened Friday evening, June 22, at 5:30 p.m. to thousands of eagerly awaiting attendees and vendors following the official opening ceremony and ribbon cutting.
