Many in the library community are tracking the May 15 rulemaking proposal from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as it relates to the future of network neutrality. Larra Clark, director of the ALA Office for Information Technology’s Policy’s Program on Networks and Program on America's Libraries for the 21st Century, has compiled the following information in response:
