Hi-Tech Collection
Pasco County (Fla.) Library System’s New Port Richey, Florida, residents receive a firsthand view of the digital media collection through interactive computer stations inside the Digital Bookmobile. The transformed 75-foot, 18-wheel tractor-trailer bookmobile developed by Overdrive is equipped with broadband internet-connected PCs, high-definition monitors, premium sound systems, and portable media players. The vehicle is on a national tour to public libraries around the United States.
