eMAKER Huxley 3D printer kits = $500:
I wish I had the cash to jump on this before it sold out…a 3D printer for $500! Love, love this stuff. It’s sold out now, but I’m sure it’s the first of many examples of these dropping in price.
Hey, so I liked how the first guy offered a printer kit for just $500,
but I found that the McDaniel Brothers are putting together a project
to lower their costs down to $400 for a simple kit. Roughly the same
printer as mentioned, but built in mass to get a lower price. Go here to see it
Due to overwhelming demand we have re-opened the campaign to offer a second round of pre-sale units! This second round of units will ship after the initial round of 150 beta units has been fulfilled, and before the official product releases to the public in the fall of 2011.
