Honoring Lois Ann Gregory-Wood

On July 2, 2008, ALA Council adopted a resolution to recognize the 40 years of service of Lois Ann Gregory-Wood. Beginning in ALA's distribution office October 11, 1968, Gregory-Wood went on to serve in a variety of positions leading up to her current role as Council Secretariat. The Council congratulated her on her outstanding work ethic, customer service, and promotion of ALA's missions. A photo montage of the celebration is available in this short video.
