Kim McNeil Capers, youth counselor at Queens (N.Y.) Library for Teens, was named a winner of the PASEsetter Award by the Partnership for After School Education. The award celebrates “afterschool educators whose commitment, energy and creativity have had an indelible impact on the children and youth of New York City.”
